Volvo 240 – Världens bästa bil

Volvo 240 – The World’s Best Car tells the story of how the Volvo 240 and 260 were developed and refined. It is richly illustrated, with great emphasis placed on finding historical images that are not well known but will surprise the reader. The chapters are divided by model year from 1975 to 1993. Each chapter includes statistics on how many of each model version were manufactured, how many were sold in Sweden, and which model versions were available.

The book also has chapters on accessories and toy cars representing the Volvo 240/260. Volvo 240 – världens bästa bil (Volvo 240 – the world’s best car) is written by journalist and author Fredrik Nyblad, who has previously written a number of books about Volvo cars.
