Books
Volvo Cars from the 20s to the 90s
The complete history of Volvo Cars. Written by one of Sweden’s foremost motoring historians (who was given unrestricted access to the Company’s archives), the book ranges from prototypes of the mid-20s, trough Volvo’s top-secret experimental cars, to the successful 700 models and the new frontwheel drive 400 series of the present day.
The 244 pages in the volume are richly illustrated with over 300 back and white photographs (several appearing for the first time) and more than 200 colour plates, many of which are new studies by the renowned motoring photographer, Peter Haventon.
